By booking a tour, activity, or service through Paradise Getaways Fiji (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all bookings made via our website, in person, or through our booking platform (Rezdy).
All bookings made via our website are processed securely through Rezdy, our official booking system.
Once your booking is complete, you will receive an email confirmation with your itinerary, meeting point details, and receipt.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at [insert email or phone number].
Prices are displayed in Fijian Dollars (FJD) unless otherwise noted.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking depending on the activity or package.
Payments made through Rezdy are processed using secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store or process your credit card details directly.
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our local partners.
100% refund if cancelled 48 hours or more before the tour start time.
50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before the tour.
No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the tour or for no-shows.
May have different cancellation terms based on accommodation, transport, or supplier conditions. These will be communicated before payment.
To cancel: Use the cancellation link in your Rezdy confirmation email or contact us directly.
Date or time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.
We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes, but cannot guarantee availability.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, safety, or mechanical issues), we may need to modify or reschedule your booking. You’ll be informed as early as possible.
Some tours and activities are weather-dependent. If we cancel a tour due to unsafe weather conditions or other force majeure events, you will be given the option to:
Reschedule for another date (subject to availability), or
Receive a full refund
We will not be held liable for any costs incurred due to weather-related cancellations beyond the tour fee itself.
Some tours require a minimum number of participants. If minimum numbers are not met, we will offer:
A reschedule,
An upgrade to a private tour (at additional cost), or
A full refund
If transport is included in your booking, pick-up locations and times will be specified in your confirmation email.
It is your responsibility to be ready at the designated time. Delays or missed pick-ups due to lateness may result in cancellation without refund.
We highly recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for cancellations, medical emergencies, and unforeseen disruptions.
Participants are expected to follow all instructions from guides or operators.
We reserve the right to refuse service or remove individuals from a tour if their behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or illegal — no refund will be issued in such cases
