What we collect

Enquiry and booking details you give us: name, email, WhatsApp or phone number, travel dates, number of guests, hotel or pick-up point, flight details and any special requests (for example dietary or accessibility needs).
Payment information: deposits and payments made by PayPal are processed on PayPal’s own pages. We receive confirmation of the payment, the amount and your name and email, but we never see or store your card details.
Website usage: pages visited, buttons clicked (such as WhatsApp or email links), device and browser type, approximate location and how you arrived at our site. This is collected with cookies and similar technology (see below).

How we use it

To answer your enquiry, check availability with hotels, tour operators and transport providers, and confirm and manage your booking.
To send you a confirmation email, your booking details and, if you request it, our free Fiji guide.
To send occasional deals and travel tips if you sign up. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or just reply “stop”.
To understand how the website is used, measure our advertising and improve our service.
To meet our accounting, tax and legal obligations.

Who we share it with

Suppliers who deliver your trip: the hotel, resort, tour operator, boat or transfer company you book, only the details they need to provide the service.
Service providers: PayPal (payments), our website host and Cloudflare (security and delivery), and email providers.
Analytics and advertising: Google (Google Analytics) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram), as described below.
Government authorities where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies on this website:

Essential: to keep the site secure and remember choices such as your preferred currency.
Google Analytics: to count visits and see which pages and enquiry buttons are used. Google’s practices are explained at policies.google.com.
Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram): to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta may combine this with other information it holds about you. You can control ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta ad preferences.

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to provide your trip and to meet accounting and tax record-keeping requirements, and then delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.

Children

Bookings are made by adults. We only collect details of children (such as ages) when a parent or guardian provides them for a booking.
