The fine print
- The cheaper price must be for exactly the same hotel, room type, travel dates, number of guests, meal plan, inclusions and cancellation or payment terms.
- It must be publicly available and bookable at the time you contact us, from a business licensed to sell in Fiji or a major online travel agency. Prices are compared in Fijian dollars, including all taxes and fees.
- Excluded: member-only, loyalty, corporate, travel-agent or staff rates; "secret" or opaque rates where the hotel is only revealed after booking; package prices that include flights; auctions and flash sales lasting under 24 hours; and prices that need a coupon code.
- The claim must be made before you pay us. The guarantee doesn't apply to bookings that are already confirmed and paid.
- We match the competing price. The guarantee covers hotels, transfers and tours booked directly with Paradise Getaways Fiji.
- We may decline a claim if the competing price is an obvious error or we can't verify it. Paradise Getaways Pte Ltd may change these terms at any time; the version on this page when you contact us applies.
