Proposal packages arrive by boat or helicopter to a giant “Will you marry me?” in the sand, with French Champagne, a private cabana and butler, and lunch credit. The elopement package adds a celebrant, legal registration (for weddings), bouquet, buttonhole and a small cake, for the couple plus up to 18 guests.
