These terms apply to your use of paradisegetawaysfiji.com (the “website”), run by Paradise Getaways Pte Ltd (“we”, “us”). By using the website you agree to them. Bookings are covered by our separate Booking Terms & Conditions.
1. Information on this website
We try to keep information, prices and availability accurate and up to date, but the website is provided for general information only. Prices, inclusions, schedules and photos come in part from suppliers and can change without notice. Nothing on the website is an offer that you can accept; a booking exists only when we confirm it in writing and you have paid as required.
Travel guides, tips and itineraries are general suggestions, not professional, legal, medical or immigration advice. Always check entry, visa and health requirements with official sources before you travel.
2. Currency and payments
Amounts converted from Fijian dollars into other currencies use published exchange rates and are a guide only. Payments are processed by third-party providers such as PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
3. Third-party websites and services
The website links to and uses third-party sites and services (for example suppliers, PayPal, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Google). We are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.
4. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, including by submitting false enquiries or reviews, attempting to access it without permission, interfering with its operation, scraping it for commercial use, or using it for anything unlawful.
5. Reviews and content you send us
When you send us a review, photo or comment, you confirm it is your own honest experience and give us a free, non-exclusive licence to use, edit for length and publish it (with your first name only) on our website and social media. We publish reviews only when you have said we may. We may decline or remove any content.
6. Intellectual property
The website’s text, design, logos and our own photos belong to us or our licensors. Some photos are used under licence from stock libraries and suppliers. You may view and print pages for personal use, but must not copy, republish or sell content without our written permission.
